Bilateral Voice Services
TM has voice interconnects to more than 287 carriers in over 73 countries. Being an incumbent operators in Malaysia (primarily fixed and broadband) , the established inter-carrier arrangement with all other domestic mobile carriers ensure that TM is capable of terminating Malaysia's traffic with highes quality and clarity. Riding on bilateral arrangements, it is also able to support International Toll-Free Service (ITFS), Home Country Direct (HCD) and Universal International Freephone Number (UIFN).
